Conserve And Restore

One last adventure in the Strangford & Lecale area of outstanding natural beauty in N. Ireland

In 2025, Nick Morgan bought the derelict WW2 Bishops Court air-traffic control-tower to convert into a residential dwelling with self-catering accommodation. Located near Ballyhornan on the Irish Sea coast in beautiful County Down, as well as conversion of the tower for accommodation, this unique project includes creating a small nature reserve with a pond, meadow and tree-planting.

Conserve And Restore is an Estate Management Contractor (EMC) for the Woodland Trust, an Environment Agency registered waste-carrier and has £5 million public liability insurance.
